Our Client Service Commitment
In addition to standard insurance agency services, such as quoting, certificate issuance, policy changes and monthly reports/audits, Three Points is dedicated to partnering with our clients in order to help them succeed. We begin with a collaborative discussion designed to uncover areas in which we can lend assistance, and then add commitment and accountability by providing a Client Service Plan which is continuously updated and is accessible on-line 24/7.
Our clients have access to information, educational materials, regulatory news and announcements allowing them to stay up to date on pertinent information concerning the trucking and transportation industry. The MYWAVE portal is also the access point for the Client Service Plan.
Certificates of Insurance are available anytime for our clients. Our clients can contact our office during normal operating hours (8:00am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday) for Certificate Requests. All requests received prior to 4:30 pm will be processed same business day by our insurance associates. By utilizing CSR-24, our clients will also have the ability to input and distribute Certificates of Insurance outside of normal office operating hours.
